I just had to write and let you folks know how pleased I am with your
products. I am always searching for new products to help run my cottage
rental operation more effectively. The Digital Rez ROS 2000 reservation
operating system is definitely helping us achieve that goal. The active
grid helps us give prices quickly over the phone without making costly
mistakes.
I especially want to mention the Rez Robot reservation system. It is
real nice to turn on the computer and already have reservations waiting
to be confirmed. Some of my customers prefer to use this system in stead
of calling us. What a relief we don't have to sell every time to get a
reservation, or sit by the phone to wait for it to ring. This is like
having another person to take reservations while we take care of other
business.
I have looked at other programs and I can find no other system that
matches the ease of use and cost effectiveness of the Rez Robot and Ros
2000. Together they are helping save time and money.
