In 1997 we started using ROS97 as one of the first users of the Charters
Program. What drew us to this system was the ability to maintain
our booking
schedules without the use of manual booking charts. We have since upgraded
to the ROS2000 program and have found the flexibility extremely functional
in allowing us to consolidate and define our business needs.
ROS2000 is very
user friendly and has made it possible for us to easily train our seasonal
staff on an ongoing basis. The Technical Support and team work
that Digital
Rez staff has provided us with have been instrumental in maintaining
accurate records and historical data that is pertinent to our business.
Digital Rez is always open to suggestions for enhancements to their
products. We will continue to utilize ROS2000 Software including
the online
reservation capability, and look forward to their planned new
developments,
which will allow us to be leaders in the extremely competitive Charters
Industry.
