 Meters
The Meter Setup form allows you to set up different meters for your business. Regular meters can include odometers, water meters, propane meters, etc.

You can also set up utility meters. Utility meters differ from regular meters in that they can have progressive rates. For example, there can be price breaks at certain levels of consumption, including fuel cost adjustment factors. Quite often these utility meters are used in RV parks or condo rentals where some type of periodic monthly billing is used and the rate depends on how much power is used during the month.

The Meter Reading form allows you to enter the beginning and ending meter readings of any reservation. If you bill periodically, you can enter the ending meter reading any time during the period and ROS2006 calculates and adds the appropriate charge to the client’s bill.

  Minutely Grid
The Down to the Minute grid tracks inventory you rent or reserve by the hour or minute, like boats, bikes, or golf tee off times. You can even run doctors' or dentists' appointment systems. The minute grid layout is the reverse of the daily grid. Time increments run down the left side of the grid and the units run across the top.
 Overbooking / Blocking
The Block Inventory form allows you to accommodate large tentative advanced booking arrangements made by wholesalers. Block off the required business inventory, and increase your booking capacity by setting an over-book margin. Revise the numbers as required, retaining a record of the original inventory requested, the number actually blocked, and the numbers sold. Blocked inventory is linked to reservations made to produce a current and accurate calculation of current availability. 		 Packages
Packages are used to create reservations with specified products included. Ensure products and time periods used are fully configured, including rates. All of the products in the package are specified on the client's bill under one total package price. The Reservation Packages form allows you to create new packages and edit or delete existing ones.

  Ticket Printer
Configure printers and products / locations that require tickets on the Ticket Printing Setup form . Then you can print personalized and custom tickets to events or other resources booked through ROS2006. If a mistake is made, or a ticket lost or damaged, easily print a replacement or duplicate. Select View, Ticket Printing Log to track all tickets printed or reprinted.
